Ingredients for the dough

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder

Ingredients for the mozzarella filling

  • ½ can of tomato sauce
  • 250g coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • chopped olives to taste
  • oregano to taste

Preparation method

  1. In a blender, add the milk, egg, salt, sugar, butter, wheat flour and, lastly, the baking powder. Blend everything until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
  2. Pour the dough into a pizza pan, greased with butter so that it doesn’t stick, and then bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and pour the tomato sauce, covering the entire area of ​​the dough.
  4. Cover with grated mozzarella, tomato, oregano to taste and olives.
  5. Finally, put it back in the oven until all the cheese has melted.

Sweet pizza

To prepare the sweet pizza, use the same base as the savory pizza dough prepared in the blender, which we shared previously, changing only the topping.

Ingredients for the sweet filling

  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 chocolate bars (white or dark)
  • diced strawberries

Preparation method

  1. Melt the chocolate bars in the microwave and, every 30 seconds, remove the bowl with the chocolate and mix well, so that you have a homogeneous cream, without pieces of chocolate.
  2. Add the whey-free cream to the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Spread the chocolate over the already baked dough (as per instructions above) and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the diced strawberries so that they cover the entire dough.

Extra tip: strawberries should not be frozen or wet. To do this, wash them and dry them using paper towels until they are completely dry.
